We carry out the business of manufacturing products under our flagship brand “Foxin” such as mobile accessories (USB data cables, power bank, mobile chargers), wearables, and audio products (earphones, true wireless stereo, headphones, and neckband), etc.
Additionally, under this vertical, we have recently commenced the manufacturing of wearables and USB data cables on an OEM basis for certain brand owners. We manufacture and supply these products based on designs developed by our customers, who then further distribute these products under their brand names.
Integrated Manufacturing Facility to deliver quality products Our manufacturing and assembly operations are conducted in our Manufacturing Facility, which is spread across an area of 9,495.74 square meters. Our Manufacturing Facility is strategically located on the Kolkata-Mumbai highway providing us with strategic and operational advantages. This facilitates timely deliveries and improved efficiencies. Our Manufacturing Facility is integrated with manufacturing, assembling, warehousing, logistics, and accommodation facilities. Our Manufacturing Facility has an aggregate of 4 production lines, consisting of 5 assembly lines and 6 packaging lines, with a total installed capacity of 216 lakh units in Financial Year 2022, and total actual production of 32.58 lakh units of all products in Financial Year 2022. We operate one shift a day, six days a week, with sufficient buffer capacity to ramp up production and address spikes in order volumes. Further, we have additional space in our Manufacturing Facility to deploy new production lines and have the ability to enhance our incremental manufacturing capacity. Our Manufacturing Facility is ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified by international quality standards for manufacturing mobile and computer accessories, warehouses, and services of mobile accessories and computer peripherals.

Quality & Certification
- We are adopting world-class technology and automation to ensure that we produce our goods efficiently with emphasis on conservation of energy and resource in a sustainable manner. We pursue methodology of Total Quality Management to improve product quality and recycle and reuse our waste materials. We lay great emphasis on employee safety and accord it utmost priority.
- Our raw materials are quality checked prior to procurement and also prior to shipment by our Dedicated IQC personnel. The materials on reaching our factory is again sample checked by our IQC team at factory thus Component Failure and Rejection Ratio is less than 1%.
